Guts are now spilled out over the bench. Looks like I get lucky on the sprag and the housing. May not be so lucky on the forward clutches. Apparently the p.o. Ran this thing short on fluid while pushing it hard. Clutch material wiped clean off it's surface. And all the steels are discolored from the heat.




Aint this a purdy sight to see?


The other clutches aint so bad

as a side note - after following a thread on another forum by a member who also frequents this forum too, I May incorporate a few things into this build from what he has done. the torqueflite a-727 transmission
