Bought a 1970 800a need recommendations on what to use/do for changing the oil. Currently has a k&n filter put on by the old owner. I think it’s a 196 but I’m not sure. Hopefully someone can help out. Thanks

Another question for you is in the photos can you tell if it’s a 196 or not.
I’ll order some now thank you! Also I’m going to do an oil change before your oil arrives just for the week try and clear it out before I get the good stuff. Would this be fine for the time being? And I’ll just get the same filter for now.It is stamped "196," I would assume it is a 196.
