Default Mid-50's IH engine and parts

I would like to sell a rebuilt engine from a mid-1950's IH pickup truck that has been in my garage in the SF Bay Area for years. It is missing the head (which was used on another IH vehicle), but otherwise fully rebuilt by someone who knew what they were doing.

I also have the generator, carburetor and valve cover.

Would anyone on this forum be interested in these parts? I have no idea what the value would be, so any guidance would be appreciated. I would accept any reasonable offer.

We need to know a little more about which engine it is. Since you reference "the head" is it an Inline 6? What displacement?

Yes, it's an inline 6. It could be a BD 264 but I'm not sure. I couldn't find an obvious model number on the engine block, but maybe I missed it.
