Default Axle BOM details

I purchased my first International Harvester late last year and I'm doing the typical maintenance and such and I am trying to identify the rear axle details without pulling the diff cover at this time. Details of the vehicle are as follows:

1974 Travelall 100 2wd
Ceylon Green metallic with Sage custom interior and trim
345 with Street Demon 625 and spreadbore intake
auto 3-speed Torqueflite

I am trying to identify the rear diff. It is a Dana 44 and the Line Setting Ticket has the code 14028 which is the Dana trac loc and the Line Setting Ticket also says 44 Spicer GR 3.31. The BOM on the axle tube is 603493-3 but I can't find this number on the Internet search sites. I am assuming the older date of manufacturer is the reason. Anybody know the Dana details for this BOM? What does the GR mean in the LST?

The reason I ask is that the LST says this Travelall came with a 392 but somebody has swapped in a 345. That would explain the four barrel intake and vacuum/emissions diagram on the heater box for a 392. I'm just not sure what else has been swapped since this rolled off the line.

Thanks

GR 3.31 = Gear Ratio 3.31

BOM 603493-3 is a Dana 44 Rear axle assy., open differential with a 3.54 ratio.

392 engines also had 4 barrel intake manifolds.
Some were square-bore with a Holley carb.
Some were spread-bore with a Carter ThermoQuad carb.

Thanks. Looks like I'm pulling the cover to confirm since the axle number does not match the diff specs in the line setting ticket so parts have been swapped.

Pulled the diff cover and replaced it with one that has a drain plug for ease of future service. The LST said it had a 3.31 Trac Lok, the axle housing number says it should be a 3.54 open diff, and what it actually has in it is a 3.07 Trac Lok. I guess that shows you never know until you open it up and confirm.
