Lightbulb fiberglass hood for scout 2

Just throwin this out!!! I work in conjunction with a fiberglass shop and am trying to convince them to do a hood for the Scout 2. We can make this hood in a couple of different styles including a factory bolt on replacement. Currently im trying to convince the r&d guy to do a hood for mine with the scoop from a 68 ,69 dodge. These hoods can also be made as pin on too. Like I said im just tthrowin this out trying to get a feel on how it would sell. Im figuring price would be around 350 to 400 bucks. Toolin this will take some time and effort and he wont do it for one hood. He does first class stuff for year one at this time. If anyone is interested just p/m me or posibly you guys at ihon would consider marketing these.

608 is kinda steep, also looks like a straight up replacement , no scoops of any kind. We want to run some with scoops of different designs for those who want the b/a look up front. Like I said just throwin it out. Probably gonna do one for mine. Will post pics after its done.

Kentrol also makes this for $615 plus crate fee and shipping. I would love another option.

I had a Scout II I put a scoop on once and I got a lot of thumbs up. I actually have an extra hood now that I am going to be installing a scoop. That way I'll have both the stock and something different that I can swap out in just a few minutes. It was fiberglass and similar to this.

I'd go for a functioning cowl induction type hood if the scoop was the same as the original design, and didn't get wider at the back. I'd also like to have the original center rib in the hood on the scoop. I was thinking of just modifying a hood to do this, but a 'glass hood would be something to consider. Hmmm...
