Default Jeff's IH Wood Chipper

Starting from this thread -

http://www.forums.IHPartsAmerica.com...uper-cool.html

Here are some more pictures. Unfortunately there are some cracks in the chassis right next to the engine. Plan is to remove the engine, weld up the cracks and then add a couple of gussets to keep the crack from happening again. Engine needs an oil change and air filter(two pieces of steel wool were being used for an air filter ). Can't wait to bring it up to Grass Valley as I already have a decent size pile of brush to chip up.

Well its been a little over a month and I must say that this is one awesome chipper. I have worked the living shit out of it(and in turn it has worked me) but this thing keeps on going. Last Sunday I thought I would chip up some pine trees that I had cut down the week before. I figured I'd chip up half the pile on a tank of gas and call it quits. Over three hours later I had the entire brush pile chipped up with still a little gas to spare in the tank.

I have the same chipper but the cutter flywheel shaft just sheared. I have called numerous businesses searching for parts, with no luck. Any sources?

Maybe it's time to get one made.

Unfortunately my wood chipper seen in the above pictures was destroyed in the fire I had here a couple weeks ago. We have yet to pull it out to see if it is salvageable but if I cannot rebuild it then I might sell it to you for parts.
