I'll be heading in on the 18th. Probably leaving after work. What time is everyone planning on heading in?

It looks promising for benny and I to arrive on Friday morning. Other than some maintenance items/repairs on the Scout, should be ready.

Unless Matt and I can convince sean to leave on the 17th, it looks like we will be leaving on the 18th. We will probably meet at loon lake at 9am. Looks like a handful of folks May need to leave in the afternoon such as yourself.

Cool. Take an extra day off and leave on the 17th. It'll be epic . . . Or at least entertaining.

Looks like there is going to be a work party on cadillac that weekend, so going to be a lot of toyotas coming through the loon lake side. If we go in Thursday we should have a good spot to watch all the fun

May be tough to get benny out of his new school for two days. I'm not going to hold up the group and if need be, I'll just catch up. I'll holler on the 2m if there's an issue.

Hey Jesse,

lets plan to go in on Thursday. Will allow us to take our time and enjoy the trail. Let me know what time you want to meet at loon, thinking 9 or 10.

Question for the group. I think we talked about this already, is the plan to camp at buck? I know we've camped up on the hill that overlooks a couple of small hill climbs (where the toyotas smashed their diffs), and that nice spot just before you cross the damn. Does anybody have a preference?

Matt

Brandon, were you in the group that helped get the orange vw bus through the con?

It didn't go through, it "attempted".

Looks like it made it to the bowl, didn't see anything after that.

Done. Let's meet at loon on Thursday at 9am.

I'm totally camping at that spot on the hill. The route on the left takes out drive shafts and the right side is just plain tough.
