Default They fall into my lap

Got a call from a fellow real estate broker who had a client the needed to sell a Scout. The Scout had been in his barn for 12 years. After being driven up from reno. I went to look and found a 1978 selective edition Scout II . I made him an offer. Next thing I knew I was winching this onto the trailer. 2 of the original gold wheels are in the back of it.

I'm going to flip it. I thought it about making it a daily driver but I have to many others that I'd rather do that with. I got this one started today and it runs great. I drove it a couple of miles and it actually drives pretty well too.
Need to replace the cap and rotor and run some fresh gas through it and it's down the road.

That's a cool rig!
Be careful of those super diggers though...they've been out of production for at least 10 years. I had one come apart on the freeway some years back and really did a number on the front fender. Keep the speeds low until you get some new shoes on him!
