I was thinking of something like that too. More connections won't make things more reliable and there are several different sizes needed. Are glass fuses getting hard to find?

I don't think the fuses are too hard to find yet, except for maybe that short little radio fuse. Problem I had was poor connections, and it's difficult to add anything else in without splicing into something. The picture of the one I posted earlier worked fine after I removed it, taped off the labels, sand blasted it, and soldered all the rivets front and back.

After bending the fuse holder clips on my Scout to hold the fuses tighter the continuity issues went away. Gave it a shot of contact cleaner too.
