Individual requests for assistance with various electrical schematics and specifications has become a real management problem around here!

So going forward, this stuck thread will serve as our library for information pertaining to schematics, electrical specification spreadsheets, customer-generated electrical drawings, etc. This thread will be moderated and not open to member posting. Any ihon member who would like to add to this knowledge base can submit their suggestion to our administrative team for consideration and review, if we do post member-submitted information, appropriate credit will be given.

We will observe and respect all elements of copyright and this thread is not intended to negate the need for and use of the appropriate vehicle service manual or service letter. This information is posted here only for single user, educational purposes and must not be reproduced for additional distribution.

It's going to take some time to present information which we already have processed and has been posted in many other threads, so please be patient. If you don't find what you need by doing a search in another thread, or looking here in the library, then ask us for assistance. And please, do not send pm, email, or msm asking for a specific piece of information, we must move away from that mode of operation as we are currently overwhelmed with such requests. If you have a specific request, please post in your own thread in the "electrical tech" sub-forum, that allows us to manage this stuff more efficiently and the knowledge is more easily shared with other members.

There will be no particular order to the subsequent posts containing information, the body of each additional thread will very clearly state the vehicle application for the posted material.

Here's the first post, this is a 1974-design level Scout II package, should be suitable for all engine/equipment variations through eop 1977.

This is the first gen Scout II, known as the "810" model. Approximately six months into the production run, the Scout II designation came into being. This schematic is a bit different from the system produced for the 1972 and 1973 model year production run.

This is a basic tf 727 schematic for a Scout II, it can also be used for a mid-'72>'75 pickall.

This is a two part schematic for the Scout 80. First page is for the Scout 80 supplied oem with a generator. Second page is for the units supplied oem with an external regulator alternator.

I know most don't have occasion to mess with the factory "sound system" wiring, but the topic has come up here in recent weeks. This diagram is specific to '74-75 pickalls, but at least for the radio & speaker circuits, it also pertains to the sii's and earlier d-series pickalls. Also covered in this diagram is the anti-skid, ac, and front axle warning circuitry.

Does anyone have an engine wiring diagram for a 1974 Travelall? im trying to fix the botch job the previous owner started. it is a 392 2WD Automatic if that matters.

if i over looked it i apologize i am new to the site and am still trying to figure out where everything is located both on the site and on the Travelall.

The PDF attached to post #12 of this thread is the closest thing that you will find in electronic form here. That would likely get you 90% of the way there or better, but it pertains to prior model years, so there could well be a few, minor differences.
