I'm looking to swap the seats in my '79 Scout II. Does anyone know what seats (front & rear) would be the easiest to swap? I'm looking to do black leather or vinyl, so it won't be such a big deal if they get wet. Any good aftermarket suggestion's? Thanks alot.

I don't have an answer for you but I have the same question so I hope you get some replies on this.

You can swap in anything you want. It just takes some fabrication to make things work if you want to go that route. For a direct bolt in replacement the pt cruiser seats bolt right to the stock seat bases, just dont know about your colors as the pt seats I have seen are usually gray, which I have.
Otherwise, you can create some custom brackets to work on the stock base to mate up with the seat of your choice or just make a custom set of seat bases.
